To participate as a chef, restaurant, vendor, farm, artisan, entertainer or volunteer, please download the appropriate registration form (found below), fill in, and email to Yvette Kramer, Soupfest Event Manager at the Bradford West Gwillimbury Economic Development Office.

Pay Participant and Vendor Registration Fees On Line:

Participants: Soup entries are a $50 deposit returned on the day of the event.

Vendors: Vendor fees are $20.

(On line registration payments are handled by the Simcoe County Farm Fresh Marketing Association, a supporter of Soupfest.)
